We want you to love your AKIRA look, but if it's not the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original tags and liners are intact.

Print & Attach Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once we receive the return.
